When to expect a reply

We aim to respond within 3 business days. Accessibility reports and account security issues are prioritized and typically answered the same or next business day.

What to include

To help us help you faster, please include:

• The email address on your account (if you have one).
• The page or feature where the issue happened (a URL works great).
• What you tried, what happened, and what you expected to happen.
• Browser and device, if relevant.
• Screenshots if they help — but never share passwords or sensitive medical information by email.
